Hello Users, if you saw the announcement we have created a Riot.im server for VIP Members,
This is the best way to contact users off-site including our staff members.
We have chosen Riot.im because its a great Discord alternative that allows discussion of cheating/hacking.

I created the following tutorial for you to join our Riot.im community

1. Create an Account on Matrix.org

2. Install the Desktop App (For Windows) or Use the Browser

3. Click the voidforum.com Riot.im Invite LinkÂ

https://riot.im/app/#/group/+voidtocommunity:matrix.org

4. Once you join the community, click the various rooms to join them. (Only joining the community you won't have access to the rooms)

5. To use the Dark Theme, click your name and go to "Settings" Under the "General"Â tab scroll down until you find "Theme" and change it to "Dark Theme"

To contact our staff members, click on our name in the room list

Then click "Start a new chat"

Go to "Settings", "Preferences" and change Riot to start when windows starts

You can use either the Desktop App, your Web Browser or the Mobile App, I tested them all and they work great.
Note: All marketplace activity belongs on the forums. The Riot.im server is for chatter and contacting users off-site.
